Text message terms

Plain English, so you know exactly what to expect when we text you.

Who texts you

Inspired Foundations LLC, 663 N 132nd St Ste 7170, Omaha, NE 68154. We provide property management support to Step Stone Homes, so texts to Step Stone Homes residents and the contractors who work on its homes come from us and open with "Inspired Foundations for Step Stone Homes."

What the texts are about

Maintenance scheduling and updates, seasonal home care reminders like furnace filter changes, rent and lease notices, move-in and move-out coordination, and replies to texts you send us. Now and then we let current residents know about lease renewal options. We never buy, rent or use marketing lists.

Residents give us their mobile number on their rental application and agree to be reached by text when they sign their Step Stone Homes lease, which reads: "RESIDENT agrees that OWNER/AGENT will, at all times, have an active and current phone number where RESIDENT may be reasonably contacted via voice conversation as well as messaging interactions."

Contractors and vendors agree when they give us their mobile number to schedule work on a home. And anyone who texts us first gets a reply.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with what's going on at your home - usually a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for a text.

Stopping, starting and help

Reply STOP to any text at any time. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@inspiredfoundations.com.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
